What is the plot of Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac?

I have read the book but it is hard to explain. Could someone give me like a list of the plot.

-Naomi (main character) trips on stairs and falls
-James Larkin(she doesn't knoe him) finds her and goes with her to the hospital
-Will, her best friend visits her at the hospital, she's lost her memory and doesn't remember anything past middle school
-She joins a play
-She breaks up with her boyfriend Ace
-She goes out with James
-She quits yearbook and fights with will
-Naomin gets her memory back
-She breaks up with James
-She realizes Will is the one she's liked all along.
