Question by combat_1976: What happens to the social security taxes paid by a non-resident?

If some foreign national has worked for more than 17 years, she's now 58, in usa. She paid social security tax, can she get it back? She would never use any of social security benefits. Coz' she is going back to her country next couple of month.

Thanks
